In the evening, dinner is served in the atmospheric Restaurant Caledonian, where the Victorian dining room has been carefully restored with chandeliers and ornate plaster providing you with a special setting for eating out. The distinctive red high backed chairs create an intimate and romantic setting giving each table the impression of private dining.
